Why am I taking part in the PushUp Challenge?: I have experienced mental health challenges since I was a little kid and I want everyone to have the support they need, because with the right help you will and can get through it!

Who do I turn to for support?: My friends and my therapist and a daily connection with nature. There is so much beauty out there that can help keep daily positivity and hope in your life, just look to the trees and listen and you’ll feel just that little bit better for it.
